Delay in Delivery and Very Rude Behaviour of Staff

We had booked our house hold items on 31st May on a promised delivery on 4th June. Despite of hundreds of calls to loads of people the response has been pathetic. I have already suffered a loss of more than 20000 thousand due to that. Apart from the bad services the behaviour of the staff has been shocking especially that of John who is marketing person and Ashok Goyal who is taking care of Logistics. I am amazed that there is no way to punish them for their stupid reactions to the proble of their client.
