Unprofessional and unrelaible packers and movers

1. Imagine delivery of your luxury car to your neighbor at a wrong date (when you are not in town and the transporter knows this in advance) that too with forceful collection of additional money. Car interiors and AC damaged and the car was overdriven. This is also acknowledged by Carvan Packers.

2. Wrong Packing, No unpacking beside charging extra money, Boxes are opened before delivery, Delicate items will break due to bad handling, and No claim processing beside charging extra for insurance. This has also been ackowledged by Carvan Packers but then they simply avoid phone calls and emails. This is a serious complaint especially when not many consumers will follow-up for their claims which such companies like Carvan Packers uses to make extra money which is not right. The goods are insured by the Carvan Packers for which they charge extra money but when it comes to claims they simply become ignorant.

I understand from other consumer that their service quality is just like this. Be CAREFUL!
