Fault by PNB ATM

Dear sir/madam,

SUB:- Fault of PNB ATM for not recd. Cash but deduction of Payment

I am Harvind Kumar Sharma, I have a joint A/C in PNB Bank- 146 1000 100 216369.

When, i used the PNB ATM on Date-25/08/09, deduction of Rs. 15000/- in my account but not received the payment.

When, I complain in the PNB Bank on Date-27/08/09, they noted the complain and gave complaint receipt no.-19163827, reply to wait 20 days for debit the cash, but till date no solution for my problem.

I am helpless for the fault of PNB ATM.
