Iam from Ernakulam, Kerala. I could get a CAT test centre only at Karpagam University, Tamil Nadu. I travelled a long distance to the test centre and upon arrival, was informed that my test would be rescheduled. I received a letter saying that I would be contacted by Prometric for rescheduling my exam before November 30, 6pm. It is now December 4, 7:20pm, and I have not yet been contacted. I emailed candidate care. I have been trying the number 1800 103 9293 for a long time and all I hear is beeps. I want my exam rescheduled to my nearest centre as soon as possible.
