I purchased a set of kids garmets from catmoss crown intrrirz showroom vide bill no. 1228 . there was a discount scheme of 30 % at the time of purchase.

when i went back to exchange the garment for fittment size change they refused to take it back at the invoice value and claimed there is a 50% discount available so my goods will be returned at reduced value only . they charged me the differential amount as well for the garment purchased (reducing my return value cost difference of the new garment)

i consider this rediculous as if i had purchased at full mrp and their discount started they will reduce my purchase cost to 50%???

isnt this unfair!!!
