Non Delivery of Cash on withdrawl

Ref. cbi saving a/c no.3016046719, atm no. 5044372737012922

Sir,

I attempted to withdraw Rs. 15000 through a hdfc outlet in goregaon area mumbai on 28.9.2009. the cash was not delivered but the amount was debited from my above account. i complained to the manager, cbi, nepz, noida branch on 29.9.2009 where i hold the above account. i request you to kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount in my account at the earliest.

On 23.10. I made a complaint vide C/231066 but no action has been taken so far .pl. expedite.
