About my nre a/c

My name is- Gopeshwar prasad, working in UAE in private sector since 1998.

I opened my NRE account in main branch gopal ganj since long time ago, in2003. From that time I am trying to get my account no, but your branch is not getting responbility, thatswhy I did not get. In between I went on leave and all the time I tried to ask in your NRE section, but they replied to me not in the manner.
