Due to improper communication service barred

I'm Idea customer from the last 7 years and having good relations with Idea. This time I'm having problem with my Annual plan renewal. Some CCC say that my plan will expired on 13th July and some say that my plan has expired in March. Today I got a call from CCC Named Karan said that my plan will expire on 13th July.

I'm bit confused about all this happening. Bill of May has been charged Rs. 5 per day because of plan expired as some of your CCC say.

I'm having problem in paying the Idea bill for the month of May 11. I've talked many times to ccc but nothing has been done so far. I wish to continue this no. but your company and its policy forcing me to thrash this Idea No.

Further I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
