Gift holiday voucher not received

I am yet to receive the gift voucher for 3days and 2 night holiday. Payment was made on my creditcard on 27.08.08 .In this regard I contacted your customer care on 011-40502424 and they gave me the website www.bookstoday.in//promos.htm. Unfortunately this does not exist.

For my payment of Rs 748.00 in HDFC CREDITCARD on 1.12.08, I am yet to receive the shoes

Please guide me and update me status of both the things immediately.
