Problem in cdi coil fittings

Sir,

Luthran World Service India Trust an international non government Organisation working on disaster preparedness project in India and near by countries.

We ere having more than 45 hero honda motor cycles in India project.

In the year we purchased 6 (SIX) no hero honda CD DAWN from Laxmi Motors, Berhampur, Orissa on October.

Out of 6 bike only one kike is showing starting problem (problem in CDI coil).

Till now we have changed 3 nos CDI coil but not getting alternative solution. After asking we are even not getting satisfing answar from the show room officer.

So in this connection we need your suggestion regarding peramanent solution of the problem.
