Non receipt of free gift-Reboke Shoes

Lured by your offer on internet I placed order for the product with free gift viz. Reboke Shoe (Order No. was MITBC-WEB-01453962). Vide Invoice No. ORA080252102 dated 22-12 you have sent only the product by VPP and I received it by paying full amount of Rs2599/-. Now, in spite of lodging complaint twice on Ph. No. 011-40502424 in Dec-08 & again on 17-01 and stereo-typed assurances given to me from your end I have not received the free gift i.e Reboke Shoe (Size 7) yet.

For your ready reference my Membership No is ITBCO8791552. I am aged 62 years and my shoe size is "7". May I again ask you to please send me the promised free gift without any further delay.
