Ills not received and mob disconnected

I have bsnl mob no 9423174591, taken from Nasik Road (Maharashtra), since last three years i am in pune. I am always receiving my bills always after the due date. I have given complaints time and again but there is no response. Recently my mob was disconnected & there is some problem that i can not pay the bill on line. I am fed up if you cannot resolve the issue terminate my connection. I shall look for some other subscriber neither i receive bills in time.
