Non functioning of Options like Travel Information etc

Sir, I am using Cell One Post Paid under Plan -123. The options like Travel informations etc under Cell One menu are not funstioning. We have made several complaints at Visakhapatnam, but till date no corrective measure has been initiated. Please look into the matter and do need full.

More over, neither the monthly bills are been sent in proper time, nor the same are available in NET till 10th/11th of any month, nor any massege are received well in advance of due date of payment. Pl. look into the matter and do need full,
