Not getting bill in hard copy in time

I m not getting the hard copy of the vodafone bill on time. Many a times, it is recd after payment due date is over. Pl see to it that, i should get it on time.

Also constantly i m getting teh message that Sim Card Registration failed.

My vodafone no is 98205 49137.
