Cellphone missing

My friend U.Pradeep Reddy was send a cellphone parcel to newzealand through speed post at post office head office at abids in hyderabad. When i opened infront of newzealand post office postman in their office itself, i did't see my cell ph only i got the cellphone box with charger and earphones, cell phone was missing in that box.

what's the reason of missing the cell phone? please be attention of my mail and at least provide my insurance on my parcel as soon as possible.
