Wrong deduction of money from ATM

To Whom It May Concern

Sub: Non receipt of cash from ATM of State Bank Of India under Ballygunge Branch located at Jora Bridge area in Santoshpur, Kol -75

Amount Rs 11, 400/- using Central Bank Maestro / Cirrus debit card no: 5044371353005335.

Dear Sir

This is for your kind information that on 16.02.09 (time around 09.00 pm) I have tried to withdraw cash from ATM of State Bank of India situated at Jora Bridge, Santospur, Kolkata 75 which is under State Bank of Inida, Ballygunge Branch Kolkata 19.

I regret to inform for that neither I have received money nor any charge slip was issued from the ATM machine. Only dialogue shown was “ Requested Time Out”.

Thereafter I rushed to nearest ATM of Central Bank of India, Jadavpur, Kolkata 700086 from where I have taken out a mini statement & was surprised to find that the above amount of Rs 11, 400 along with a transaction fee of Rs 20/- (on account of withdrawal from other ATM than Central Bank of India) has been debited form my CBI account No: 1537954450 of your branch.

Under the above circumstances I requested both the banks involved to credit the aforesaid amount along with the transaction fee to my Central Bank SB A/c no: 1537954450.

But since then no action have been taken so far & I am suffering from tremendous mental anxiety.
