We, the passengers of Thane face lot of problems. The 1st class compartment is first of all very small to accomodate people and people from Mulund, Nahur and Bhandup come down to Thane without letting any seat vacant. The 8.38 and 9.04 locals are termed as Thane locals, which is not true anymore. Requesting you ll to take a necessary action in the said matter and prevent the Mulund, Nahur and Bhandup commuters coming down in Thane local making justice to its name and commuters
