Why fine on a ticket holde

On 04-04 i took ticket of Rs 48/- and sit lockle coach of karnatka express from bhusawal to khandwa. the ticket sender asked me "Do you want super fast express ticket". then I told yes which reach here on 5:15. then train came and i set after two hours train reached at Khandwa Station and I left the train after suddenly one TC catch me and asked about ticket I showed him but he told your are faulty because this train is not allowed who trawlled less then 500 km and he fined on me 340/-.

I have some questions about these incent-

1- Why not write on thest types of trains that 500 km travel is not allow.

2- Why do missguide by the ticket window and enquery.

3- Why not wirte on ticket -"not for the supper fast train or a person who

travelled less than 500 km".
