I am dissappointed with work of ticket reserveration staff

Respected sir,

i have a very bad experience at ticket reserveration office in solapur, maharashtra on 04/06 at 1200 HRS.The ECRC at window no 6

name p.p. Bhide was taking money from agents and was issuing tickets to them

When i complaint him for this, he did not pay any attention to me and carry on

his work. I complaint regarding this to the deputy station manager G.kamble for

this, but he has not taken my complaint seriously. I request you to take strict

action against these staff and punish them.
