Sir,

I had applied for kotak flexi policy, and filled the same form. However varun setia (centrum sales manger), had changed my application policy to kotak endownment plan, after his boss MR Anant and gurgoan head) said him too, so that they can received more commission from the policy.

Their in gurgoan office they forge my signature in new form, and type a address m1/10, model townIII, delhi (fake address type by executive) so that the customer don't receive their kit in free look period. I had still unable to receive that kit, and now kotak company is saying, tat they had send my policy in centrum office from then the kit goes missing.

Now i am unaware what should i do.
