European closet damaged on arrival

Dear Sir,
The copy of complaint correspondence done with the company attached. I have waited long enough thinking that the company would replace the closet. Since there is no contact or correspondence from Cera Sanitary wares, i am forced to complaint in a very disappointing manner. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I want the Cera european closet tank to be replaced. I have also mentioned in the service report that i am unsatisfied. If not, as i have informed you in my earlier mail. I am going to the next step. I am going towards consumer/customer protection cell and i will also mark a copy to the Hon. Minister for consumer protection. As i said i will go to any extreme.

This is to inform you that i had bought a Cera european closet two weeks back, at the last moment when the plumper was fitting the closet he removed the round Cera sticker which was on the closet, he found a small crack. so i called up my shop at cochin where i bought the closet. The shop owner first contacted
Mr. Pradeep cera staff on 6/06/09 and he had informed that he would send some bady for
inspection, when the shop owner called him after two days, he said that he had lost the phone number and address given to him, so the dealer gave him the address the second time. Since there was no responce i called the shop owner so he gave me the direct no of Mr. Pradeep 0- 9349184102. when i called him he is bluffing himself that he doesint know anything about it. Today is 15/06/09 no bady is even called me, is this the way you behave with a customer.what should i do, should i take it to the next level. That will cause big problems, it is up to the company. I will go up to any extreme if i have to.
