I am P.K. Chatterjee from Rabindranagar LP-163/2/4, Kolkata 700065 with consumer number 48338025003. My electricity bill for the month November was Rs 530.00 for 133 units. Now as my neighbour informed me, previous in this month, CESC personnel who took the meter reading of our area for December simply avoided our house and took the reading of all others and as I was expecting CESC came up with an astonishing metered units upon their average consumption rate which is Rs 810 for 190 units.

I just tried to make contact with their regional office at APC Road but the phone went ringing. I want to know what should I do and how can I take steps against this?
