Not attending hardware problem

I have purchase new black berry mobile Rs.25000/- which in warranty period only. I approach nearest vodafone showroom and explain my charger problem but no one takecare of this. Its really not good service to customer. I am using per month more than rs.3000/-

such a valuble customer they not ready to save with them. Now i am planning to disconnect my blackberry service. My Mobile no:9962550097
