Planfully harras me more than 3 month and cancel my HOME LONE

More than 3 months SBI (KHOSBAGAN BRANCH) BURDWAN HOLD MY HOME LOAN FILE and then cancel it when my agreement date over with my flat owner.

I want to report the total non co-operation behaviour of the officer of my branch to THE CHAIRMAN OF SBI, how can I do it?
