Non refund of FD Amount

Deposit recceipt No. C360-453376 dated 4.7.1997.of Rs. 8, 000/- to be matured on 4.7.2000 with an amount of Rs. 12, 895/- In this context, I am so say that as per the instuctions of the company the repayment schedule as per company Law Board's Order dated 11 September,

Maturity between 01-04 and 31-03 category up to 5, 000/- full payment to be made whereas 5001-20, 000, 15%, 20%, 20%, 25% and 20% maybe paid in partial. I am sorry to say that after giving one installment no payment was received by me so far.

It is therefore requested the matter may please be re-examined and released the balance payment at the earliest.
