Delivery of used, Useless Products

I had ordered a 16GB pen camera from the website http://www.pencameraindia.com/. I paid for it when they delivered. The pen camera appears to be a used one and is not working. On top of that it storing capicity is not even 1 GB, though i had paid for 16GB. I tried to contact them through the website and given number which is mentioned in site, but received only 2-3 times they received my call but they are not reply after i speak about my problem and after that they blocked my mobile number. They are disconnecting my calls too (09716921567). They don't have a contact email id or a mailing address. I got the website while googling and don't know if they are legit.

Please take action asap. i am curious to know about feedback regaring company.
