Small Seats

This is to raise my voice on the size of seats in VRL AC buses. Space is very less to sit and whole night I struggled to sleep. Its not at all comforatble. Whole body was aching at the end of the journay. You cannot have a peaceful journey in VRL. No cleanliness. For the bus fare charged, is this the kind of service provided for passengers?
