CHAND GAS AGENCY/INDANE
LATE DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

My consumer number is 18573 with CHAND GAS AGENCIES, NADAKKAVU CALICUT for last 8 years with 2 cylinders. Booked for refill on 11/02/09 i am kept waiting with both cylinders empty, making me to to buy food for my children from restaurants. There is no alternative for cooking food in my house. When i tried to call the agency the phone always remains engaged (disconnected like). Once when i was connected, he refused to give me the correct information regarding the status. This practice is being followed for the last three years saying silly excuses like no NO ENOUGH STOCK .I have noticed that delivery date is always later than the date printed on bill by the agency (more than a week). Enquiry in person doesn't make any change in their attitude. I am seeking justice.
