Non-activation

Dear?? Sir,

I had applied for a new Airtel connection under plan 199 Combat II plan on 19.08.2008 (Receipt No. 2316611. At the time I've paid Rs. 500 duly in cash. Today it is 13.09.2008 and still my connection is not yet activated due to non-verification. I am being calling up the sales person Mr. Sangram Shinde continuously. Initially he used to say that the verification would be done soon but later on he stopped picking up the phone itself.

I had been to the Branch Office of Airtel located at Shankersheth Road in Pune on 13.09.2008 and I was given a very pathetic treatment by the person at the couter "Ms. Sonia".

After going through all this ill-treatment by Airtel, I am no longer interested in the plans of Airtel and am demanding the refund back of Rs. 500. I hope at least you would show a professional behaviour in refunding the money back.

Hope that your Company would behave in a professional & decent manner in the future.
