Power Cut in SEC-46 Faridabad

Hi,
This is to inform you that since last few days i.e 25th May 09 onwards there is a regular power cut of more than 2-3 hours in the night time, which is creating lot of problems. We are talking of creating good economy for india, but how is it possible if the person doesnt get a sound sleep in the night after slogging 14-16 hours in office. This is so sad about the electricity board that they are cutting off 4-5 hours of electricity during day time as well. How will a person survive on the power back up as well. Is there any one who will listen to the complain and take an action? please help
