Hi Team,

I have couriered my claim forms through Trident Express Courier Services with tracking # C/No. H 507354, on July 3rd to MAX BUPA till now i did not got any response from Max Bupa.

I called several times to Trident Express Courier Services they are telling that they have couriered the documents, however they are not giving me any acknowledgment receipt. i asked and called many times they are saying they will provide me receipt through fax and send me through email but it did not happened. I have taken loan and paid the hospital bills thinking that i can get it back through insurance, but now i am held up with no payment from life insurance as they are telling that my documents has not been received yet

Pls look into this and help me
