Sir,

I am one of the regular passenger for velachery to beach MRTS SERVICE. There are lot of inconveniences meet by the public. The surrounding area of the velachery Railway station is covered by mud and clay. The entering to the main roads are very tough. During the rainy season we would meet lot of problems.

Please provide return tickets in Velachery Station.

Kindly Arrenge a notice board in Beach Railway Station for Velechery ticket Counter.

Kindly Make printed ticket for velechery Passengers.due to the using of the printing machine every ticket takes atleast 3-4 minits.

Make best as soon as possible
