I have received a bounced cheque dated 8th Oct and asked a lawyer to send out a notice to the issuers of the cheque. but the lawyer is making a delay and have not send the notice.
so not without expecting lawyers help, can i send out a notice by myself and file a complaint inspite of 15 days after the cheque bounce. is it mandatory to send out a notice within 15 days or can be send at any time. Please advice as the amount i have receive is quite large.
