No communication after the investment

My sister shailja ashok opted for the investment of rs.15000/- in children college and career fund unit plan 93 on 05/09 by checque no 494386 dt 05/09 by application no 131984and received the acknowledge no 001081 indiainfoline.com distibution co.ltd. but till dateshe has not received any information about the investment .on enquiring from local UTI office at Indore (MP) they have replied that they do not have any information about the said fund.they informed that they will give the requisite information after a weeks time but till date after 02 months of regular persual they have not replied . kindly look in the matter and reply on thr earliest.
