Why you people are not responding to my enquiry about the below order? This kind of indifference is very upsetting and unacceptable.
I request you to respond immediately. If I do not receive your reply within the next 24 hours, I shall be compelled to take the case with proper consumer protection authority and post the detail in all possible blogs and forums related to addressing careless customer service like this
