Non-Availability of low floor Buses

Sir,

With due respect to all the concerned official of DTC for introducing Low floor (Normal & AC) buses on Delhi's road this is to bring to your kind notice that when there were only DTC and Private Buses running on Delhi's Road and DTC was also running their fleet of buses on one of the route no.509 (Safdarjung Terminal to Maidan Garhi). As the occupanacy in and around Neb Sarai, Paryavaran Complex, Neb Valley, Maidan Garhi has increased manifold and the resident have been deprived of this facility by withdrawing all the Buses from the above mentioned route.

So very hoenstly and humbly I on behalf of my fellow commuter would request you to kindly re-start to Bus route no 509 without any further delay so that the hardship faced by the local residents is minimised.

Now let us wait how soon you will take up the matter with the concerned authority and resolve this problem for ever.
