Amount deducted but cash not received

Dear Sir,

On 11/08 about 7.49 PM I tried to withdrawal an amount of Rs - from UCO Bank, Bakshara ATM, Howrah but amount deducted from my account without Cash. (My A/C No: 11512962455, Branch Name: SBI, Howrah railway Station Branch). I want to inform once that an amount of Rs 1000/- was deducted on last 18th April but amount still not reimbursed.

Copy of transaction slip is enclosed with the attachment.
