Sub. : Chittosho Motor, Mohali, Non comptent for reparing of vehicle

Respected Sir,

This is in ref. to my previous letter dt. 10 Nov I want to inform you that the problem of my car has not been rectified Again on 17/10 Job card No. ie 08020082 I left the vehicle at the workshop for rectification of fault, after 15 days they delivered the vehicle to me after assuring me that the vehicle is ok. After driving for a few day (ie about 300 kms, ) the same problem started and on 16/11 I again approached them and asked what Job they have done on my car for the last 15 days, they did not give me proper reply and asked me to leave behind the car for further repair. I left the vehicle as 16/11 and on 17/11 I was informed by them that about Rs. 25000/- will be the estimate of repair of the fault.

I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and advise me from where should I get my car repaired as Chittosho motor have no competent/trained personal for repairing/servicing of cars being authorised service station of maruti udyog ltd. and I have no faith in them as for the last 2 months they have not repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction.
