Cable Operator Bullies

Sir

We have a regular cable TV connection at our place in Ambala Cantt but unfortunately the cable quality is very bad. Nearly 35% of the TV is filled up with local advertisements throughout the day even on commercial channels like Star, Sony, TV18 etc. Also the cable operator fails to provide repairing services may be of the fact that he hasnt employed enough manpower to save money. I have complained numerous times at their office but in vain but today when i reached his office to lodge my complaint as my wire seemed to be loose and was not properly connected with the distribution box he bullied me and took off my connection.
