Faulty Contact lens

I purchased colour contact lens from mumbra opticians--address -mumbra bazarmmumbra, dist thane pin 400612, state maharashtra& from date of purchase the vision was blurred but executive told me it will take sometime to adjust my eyes so I tried over two days but i wasn't able to wear mre that 15 Min also as it was straining my eyes then same feedback i shared with executive so this he told me he will send lenses to Ciba Frshlook company office & will let me know acordingly then after say 5-6 days lenses were back but to my surprise lenses was same but he told me they made certain changes in lenses so i would try & give feedback, so i did same but same issue vison was blurred & this time executive was very adamant & told me nothing more can be done on this this is last feedback.so plz take this mater up with concerned authorities & provide solution on this & i am also thinking of registering police complaint-plz suggest, my cell no:09223567630
