Dear Sir,

I had purchase Kodak C 713 camera from Laxmi Digital World, Pitampura on sep last month its having Lens Shutter on/off problem. I submitted it to Kodak Service center (HCL Digital, Pune), Now they are giving back my camera by replacing the lens with older lens of some other camera. After talking to the manager he committed to give the new lens, after 15 days more they are giving me the camera with the same older lens. When i asked them they are saying this is the procedure that if under warranty period any part is faulty it is replaced by either new or with some working condition part when i refused to accept the camera in such condition they are saying they will send my camera to Noida office and it will take another 15 days and there is no guarantee that I'll get the new lens. Please advice what is the procedure if any part went faulty under warranty period as older part is not acceptable at all.
