CIBIL Report Not Updated. Credit Card NOC required
Bank Making fool by not giving the NOC for Credit Card

Sir / Madam,

This is extremely astonishing that I have not received the NOC till the date. I have been chasing Barclays from last one month but nothing seems to be working out. Will you plz tell me how it was sent to me? Was it a courier or through speed post? You guys have been fooling me around from last 1 month and now all because of you people my application for loan from SBI has been rejected & simultaneously I have been deprived of all benefits of discounts because of unnecessary delay at your end. Why the hell the record in CIBIL has not been updated by you people till now when all dues were cleared? Why the hell am I to face all the problems because of your fault? Now the water has gone above my head, I’ am forced to take a legal action against the Barclays. Contact me immediately or face the court.

I have the details of every mail to track my request for NOC.
