Cinemax compaint for not refunding money

On 5.07.08 i attempted online booking for a movie in city center mall vashi, cinemax .but booking failed and money was debited from my credit card.now as in i have recieved my statement i have to pay the money.after followups and mail it has not been done.cinemax till today has not refunded my money
