I have purchased a nokia phone 5220 xpress music on march with one year warranty. several times i faced the problem with the phone from the time i purchase the phone. i called the customer care and they told me to give it in the nearby nokia care centre. One Mr. Tamil who is the manager of nokia care of circuit world in coimbatore assured me the replacement of the mobile since the problem with the phone was repeated. But from the time i call him for the status of my case, he doesnt respond to my call and disconnects the call. My mobile phone was under his control fopr around 15-20days. He seems to be an irresponsible staff of nokia and I have registered a complaint in the nokia website but i have found no action taken against him and my mobile was also not replaced till date. Shame on nokia for such dealers and staffs like Mr. Tamil.!!
