VERY VERY RUDE D GRADE BEHAVIOUR

I am a citi financial (formerly Associates) since 10 yrs, i had availed so many personal loans, i had paid each & every loan before due date, but for the past 1 year due to recession i am not financially sound, i am not paying the remaining emi's, but the tele-callers/bank employees, i dont know they call from chennai, /hyderabad they talk very rudely as if they had previuosly in the flesh -trade business, i am sorry to to put these words. i am from hyderabad

even the same with citi-bank callers from chennai calls in a same manner.

i ask the RBI to cancel these types of Banks Licences in doing these type of business.
