A personal loan of Rs.1.50 Lacs top up under Loan A/C No. 8706725 in June 06 for 36 Months, EMI of Rs. 5823/- PM out of which 31 EMI's upto Jan 09 but due to deduction of Income Tax, The EMI of Feb 09 & March 09 could not paid. I requested lot of times on my cell phone no 9350500231 to made settlement in Rs. 10000/- as already paid more than Rs. 1.80 Lacs. Today on date 27/3/09 at 8:15 pm a phone came from Phone no 01204753600 on my mobile, the representative Shri. Sameer talked to pay the balance 2 EMI & once agian I requested him kindly made the settlement as I already paid lot of money & I am not in a position to pay more EMI but Sh. Sameer behaved wrostly & challanged myself that we will lift your house luxories/durables, on listening this I cut my mobile & after few seconds his senior asked myself eventhough not your house goods we will lift also yourself. Kindly lodge the complaint & take action against the both persons as they threatended myself. An early action will be highly apperciated. Thanks.
