Outstanding details of loan from Citifinancial Consumer Finance Vijayawada

I have availed a two wheeler loan from Citifinancial, Consumer Finance, Vijayawada in September. I dont remember the loan amount. I had issued 20 Cheques for Rs 2399 towards 20 EMIs. When i applied for a loan with ICICI for a car i was told that i have an outstanding of Rs 9596 (2399x4) with Citifinancials, Consumer Finance. I need the complete details of the loan availed and the loan repaid so for, balance if any and where to pay. I have provided my personal details below for your referene.
