Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note there are no dues pending on the account no. 5766719 (TVS Scooty pep)

I am regulary getting calls from CF side to pay around 6500 Rs remaining for cheque bounce charges; please note there was problem with ECS payments with IDBI bank and several times i had spoken with CF associates and Manager to close my ECS and made it cash @ Indore Branch and already have handed over my bank statement showing sufficient balances on the cheque dates. Based on the same inconsistencies i use to pay cash and i got the assurance from bank officials that there will be no cheque bounce charges as it was bank problem and if you will pay cash.

I am still not getting NOC; I already paid full amount including interest one year ago.
