Regarding torchur for loan due sms & call regularly

I am manoj kurmr singh, working in pepsico india gurgaon.my contact no is 9953565990.from citifinancial regularly I am getting sms & cal for loan due amount. But I have nt taken any loan from citifinancial. They are regularly disturb me for payment. Plz help me and take action againt citi. Why citi is disturbing me.
