CitiFinancial jeopardizing my reputation

I have taken a consumer loan for a refrigerator from citifinancial, Kankurgachi Branch, my reference no. is 12545992. I have given cheques of amounting Rs.1334 of Allahbad Bank, Jadavpur Branch. But last two months my cheques has been bounced. Last month I have paid Rs. 1334 at Citifinancial, CST NO. DLI/ST/SB8FS/90/AIFS, Baghajatin branch.vide receipt no.870704 dt. 28 - Nov.

Two days ago I have got a call from the No. 03364521727, person was Smt. Madhumita Roy. I have requested her that I am ready to pay the bounced anount alongwith bouncing charge & so that I can get a letter cofirming that there is no outstanding against the two bounced cheques. She had called me at citifinancial, Kankurgachi Branch 24th December at 4 pm confirming that she is ready to isssue letter.

I have gone there at right time. But she was not there. when I have called her back she had told me that she is not wotking there. Also she had misbehaved with me over telephone. So what to do right now, Pl. give me feed back.
